Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using this application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License vs. Ownership
When you purchase a lifetime license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You do not own the App or any of its code, content, or intellectual property. The purchase grants you the right to use the software in accordance with these Terms, but ownership remains with the developer.
3. App Availability and Maintenance
Your license entitles you to use the App as long as it is available. However, the App’s availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.
The developer reserves the right to:
- Remove the App from the App Store or distribution platforms,
- Discontinue updates, maintenance, or support, or
- Cease business operations entirely.
In such cases, your access to the App may be discontinued without compensation or refund. The “lifetime” license refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user or any business entity.
4. Updates and Modifications
The developer may, at their discretion, update or modify the App, including adding or removing features. Such updates are covered under the same license terms.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any of its components,
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, or
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from use of the App, including service interruptions or removal from app stores.
7. Termination
The developer reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
